Guess you should, I never heard anyone have that problem–well- unless they weren’t doing it right. If you are for sure doing it correctly, then I suggest you try to gain some more weight. Eat things with lots of protein .Perhaps trying it again at a later date once you do.

lol um i am actually very skinny, i NEED to exercise because i am too thin. this hurts because my bone reacts badly and i hear like noises when i do this exercise so i guess i have to go somewhere else

It depends on the person, a lot is involved like “what gender are you?” Or ” Are you eating a better or worse diet sense beginning this workout?”
And a whole bunch of other things are involved.
For the average person, I’d say it takes a week maybe two to see results.
Being said don’t start off to strong unless you’re willing to go even further with it.
Or else you wont see as much result as you keep going!
(Gotta work up to these things ya know? ;D)

The pain means it’s working hun, you clearly gave up too soon.
You have to start slow and work your way up, not just put everything you have in one workout and give up because your not sexy slim yet.
Take your time, ease into it.
(Also remember exercise is good but you still need to eat right)
It takes hard work but you can do it! :)
